Try this tip if you are having difficulty opening statements from in Internet Banking

I am unable to view or open statements

We recommend using a third party provider like Adobe Acrobat Reader for downloading and viewing your statement. 

If you’re an Apple user having difficulty viewing your statement follow the instructions below:

iPhone users

Step 1: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the App Store.

Step 2: Login to Internet Banking to view your statement

Step 3: Select the arrow next to ‘View’ and ‘Save’ your statement.

Step 4: A blank statement will appear. Choose the ‘Share’ icon then scroll down to ‘Open in Acrobat’.

Step 5: Acrobat PDF view will now open and display your statement.

Mac users

Step 1: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the official site https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Step 2: Login to Internet Banking to view your statement.

Step 3: Select the arrow next to ‘View’ and ‘Save’ your statement. A PDF statement file will download.

Step 4: Choose the PDF file (in your download folder) and ‘right-click’ to open the file.

Step 5: Choose ‘Open with’ > ‘Adobe Acrobat Reader’. If you don’t see it listed, try clicking ‘Other…’, and select Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Applications folder.

Step 6: Your statement will open and display your transactions.
