4. Promotion restrictions: |
The promotion is open to all teachers and educators currently working in Australia. The participant must provide their contact details during the confirmation process to confirm eligibility.
Directors, employees and Members and Advisory Committee members of the promoter, and members of their family (spouse, de facto, parent, grandparent, child, stepchild, grandchild, brother or sister) are not eligible to enter.

6. How to enter: |
To enter and be considered a valid nomination your nominee’s details must have been sent to Teachers Mutual Bank by the nominator as part of the nomination form and you must be working as a teacher or educator in the education sector in Australia.
The promoter will require a nominee to provide proof of identity, email address, contact phone number and proof of membership of professional association. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the promoter’s sole discretion.

7. Judging details: |
After the promotion period ends and on or before 5 December 2025, 50 valid nominations will be selected by a panel of industry experts and Teachers Mutual Bank employees. The selected nominees will be shared on the Teachers Mutual Bank website http://www.tmbank.com.au/
A panel of industry experts and Teachers Mutual Bank employees will select a final 10 Take Fivers (nominees) from the 50 selected nominations in the period between 9am AEST, 18 November 2025 and 5pm AEST, 5 December 2025.
From the final 10 Take Fivers (nominees) the panel will select the Ultimate Take Fiver (no.1 nominee).
For each round of selection of nominees, selection will be based on the most deserving, as deemed by the judging panel. The selection made by the judging panel is final.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the selected nominees. |
8. Prizes: |
The Ultimate Take Fiver selected will receive:
• $2000 in a Teachers Mutual Bank Everyday Direct account.
• Three months of ‘family dinners’ delivered to the recipient’s place of residence*.
* Included in this prize is three months of family meals to be provided from Gourmet Dinner Service (GDS) and includes 4 nights’ family meals per week, a total of 48 meals. If you live outside GDS delivery service areas, the promoter will provide the cash equivalent to the value of $1,800.
The Gourmet Dinner Service does not service WA. For WA recipients a different service provider is used.
For WA recipients Poppet’s Pantry will provide three months of family meals including 4 nights’ of family meals per week, total of 48 family meals. If you live outside of the delivery service area, the promoter will provide the cash equivalent to the value of $1800.
The nine of the final 10 selected Take Fivers (nominees) will each receive:
• $500 in a Techers Mutual Bank Everyday Direct account.
• One month of ‘family dinners’ delivered to the recipient’s place of residence*.
* Included in this prize is one month of family meals to be provided from Gourmet Dinner Service (GDS) includes 4 nights’ of family meals per week, a total of 16 family meals. If you live outside GDS delivery service areas, the promoter will provide the cash equivalent to the value of $600.
The Gourmet Dinner Service does not service WA. For WA recipients a different service provider is used.
For WA recipients Poppet’s Pantry will provide one month of family meals including 4 nights’ of family meals per week, total of 16 family meals. If you live outside of the delivery service area, the promoter will provide the cash equivalent to the value of $600.
The funds will be paid into a Teachers Mutual Bank Everyday Direct Account via a direct credit by the promoter within 20 days of the announcement period concluding on 19 December 2025.
The non-cash prizes are not transferable and non-redeemable for cash. If for any reason any of the prize is not available due to any reason beyond the promoter's control, the promoter shall be at liberty at its discretion to substitute the prize with another similar prize of equivalent monetary value.

9. Prize delivery: |
Where applicable, prizes will be delivered to each prize winner at their nominated Australian delivery address.
Prize winners must provide their Australian delivery address to Gourmet Dinner Service or their regional partners within 5 days of announcement of their selection. |
10. Notification: |
Prize winners will be notified via phone call or email by 5pm AEST, 19 December 2025. |
11. Prize claim: |
A prize winner must claim their prize within 5 days of being notified by phone or email by replying to the promoter’s notification email. |
12. Announcement: |
The 10 prize winners will be announced on the Teachers Mutual Bank website and social media by 5pm AEST, on or before 30 January 2026. |
13. Unclaimed prizes: |
Winners must claim their prize by 5pm AEST 30 January 2026. If any prize is not claimed by this time, the judging panel will select new winners for the unclaimed prizes on 30 January 2026, using the same criteria as applied for the original selection of winners.

14. Nominee’s consent for promotion: |
By confirming their participation in the promotion, each nominee consents to the following:
• being nominated by the nominator in the nomination form
• their nomination to be promoted on the promoters website or social media channels;
• their photo or video being taken by the official photographer or on own device;
• the promoter using their name, the nomination and photos and/or video of them in any media for an unlimited period of time for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion and promoting any products and services by the promoter;
• the promoter licensing others to use such photos for those purposes;
• the promoter being the exclusive owner in perpetuity of all rights in materials produced using the photos and all rights in those materials; and
• if photos or video are published, that third parties may view the photos without acknowledging the nominee. |
15. Indemnity and disclaimer: |
To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases and indemnifies the promoter and its agents and employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. |
16. Limitation of liability: |
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible or liable:
• if for any reason beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, any element of any prize is not provided. The promoter, in its absolute discretion, may then substitute a different prize of equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions;
• if, for any reason, the competition is suspended, varied or terminated at any time, with or without prior warning or publicity;
• for late, lost or misdirected entries; or
• for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed.
The promoter has the right to exclude any person from this competition for any reason whatsoever and to amend these terms and conditions at any time or cancel the competition subject to state regulation. |
