Recognising the countless moments you give

Teaching takes courage, care and countless unseen moments – whether it’s covering lunch duty, sharing resources or offering quiet support. Take Five is your chance to recognise those moments and the colleagues who make them happen.
A bold graphic features the text 'NOMINATE YOUR COLLEAGUES' and 'takefive INITIATIVE' on a geometric, gradient background.

What is Take Five Initiative?

Our Take Five Initiative makes it possible for you to recognise your colleagues. It’s as simple as taking a moment to submit a nomination. Your nomination gives them the chance to receive some amazing gifts1. Imagine their smile when they realise you appreciate the little things they do.

And that recognition could pay off – literally. If your nomination is selected, $1,000 is yours2.

Nominations are now closed for 2025. Stay tuned for the announcement of the Take Fivers.
