How do I transfer my money?

You can transfer funds using Internet Banking and the Mobile App.

Transfer in Internet Banking

Step 1: In Internet Banking, go to Move Money and select Transfer.

Step 2: Select the account you want to transfer from.

Step 3: Select the account you want to receive the funds. To transfer to a new account, select New Payee. Then select the transfer method (account, phone, email or business) and complete the details.

Step 4: Select if you would like to schedule a future or recurring payment, then enter a description and click Next.

Step 5: Review your transfer details. Once you have confirmed the details are correct, click submit. If you are paying to a new payee, you will need to provide a one-time password.

Step 6: Your transfer has now been processed.

Transfer in the Mobile app

Step 1: In the Mobile App, select the account you want to transfer money from.

Step 2: Next, select how you would like to move your money—transfer to one of your other accounts or pay someone else (you can also select to pay a bill via BPAY).

Step 3: To transfer, select your account to receive the funds.

Step 4: To pay someone else, select the payee to receive the funds. To pay to a new payee, select the transfer method (account, phone, email or business) and enter the details.

Step 5: Review and confirm your transfer. If you are paying to a new payee you will need to provide a one-time password.
