How do I change my PIN?
You can change your PIN either by using our app, via internet banking, visiting an office or at selected rediATMs.

Change your PIN using our app
Reset your card PIN via the app, without having to visit a branch or RediATM. To change your PIN via the app you will need to know your existing PIN. If you are unsure of your PIN, please login to internet banking to change your PIN.

Simply log in to internet banking, then select ‘Self Service’ followed by ‘Change PIN’ and follow the steps.
You don’t need to know your existing PIN but you will need to have your One Time Password handy.
Change your PIN at selected rediATMs
You can change your PIN at selected rediATMs. However, if the rediATM is operated by NAB or Bank of Queensland, the 'change PIN' option is unavailable.
