Having problems with the mobile app on your iPhone?

After updating to the latest version of our mobile app, you may be required to re-register your account. Try these general troubleshooting steps below.

1. To start, tap on ‘Get Started’.

2. After you’ve accepted the ‘Terms of Use’, simply enter your Member Number, Internet Banking Access Code and mobile number.

3. Next, tap ‘Register’. Here you can continue to set up features on the mobile app.
