The scammer requests members quote their card number, and are told they can obtain a refund by paying 10% of the total fees, with the false promise that fees and refund are returned to the card number. This is a fraudulent scam, and member are encouraged to contact Teachers Mutual Bank Limited’s contact centre on 13 12 21 if they receive this call, or any calls they may deem suspicious. Teachers Mutual Bank Limited will never request a payment prior to issuing a refund. Back to top.
