You may have noticed your statement looks a little different this month. We have made some changes which mean your statements are easy to read, cost-efficient and environmentally-friendly.

• using environmentally-friendly paper produced in Australia (FSC & PEFC accredited) ensures we are meeting our corporate responsibility towards environmental sustainability;
• greater cost-efficiency allows us to invest more in creating better-value products for our members.

These improvements reflect just some of the member feedback we have taken on-board. We will be making further improvements to our statements on an ongoing basis based on your feedback and encourage you to provide us with any suggestions you feel will help provide you with a better member experience.
