Our strategic business plan mandates that sustainability in integrated throughout the business and embedded in policies, procedures and practices. Through surveys and regular engagement with our members we know that being a sustainable business is important. Sustainability is a core business value, and to ensure that it is embedded across the business, we have revised our targets for 2012/13—there are 74 targets.
