| Method of entry |
An entry is made automatically by applying for any of the home loans mentioned in ‘Eligibility’ below and having the loan approved between 9am on the 23 January 2012 and 5pm on 31 May 2012 and drawn down/funded by 5pm on 13 July 2012. Entries are limited to one entry per approved and funded loan.

| Eligibility |
Members of Teachers Mutual Bank who:
- take out a new home loan for a minimum of $75,000;
- top up an existing Teachers Mutual Bank home loan. Minimum top up amount of $25,000 is required to enter the promotion; or
- refinance their home loan from another financial institution with Teachers Mutual Bank for a minimum of $75,000.
Loans must be applied for and approved between 9am on the 23 January 2012 and 5pm on Thursday 31 May and drawn down/funded by 5pm on 5pm on 13 July 2012.
Teachers Mutual Bank Directors, Members Committee members, staff and members of their family (spouse, defacto, parent, grandparent, child, stepchild, grandchild, brother or sister) are not eligible to enter.
Entrants under 18 years of age are not eligible. |
| Draw details |
The competition will be drawn at 9am on 20 July 2012 by the Chief Executive or his nominee at 28-38 Powell Street, Homebush NSW 2140. |
| Winner notification |
The winner(s) will be notified by phone on 20 July 2012 and sent advice by mail. The winners name will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 27 July 2012.
The winner(s) will also be published in the August 2011 issue of the Chalkboard newsletter and on Teachers Mutual Bank website. |
| Prize details |
The prize consists of mortgage repayments for 1 year, up to the maximum value of $35,000. The prize is not transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
The prize can only be paid to the loan approved from this promotion. The winner(s) will still be responsible for all other obligations specified in their loan contract.
Teachers Mutual Bank will credit the winner(s) loan account with standard repayments each time they are due. Once the maximum amount of $35,000 is reached, payments will cease and you will need to resume your payment methods for the loan.
If your total repayments in the first year are less than $35,000, commencing from the first minimum loan repayment made by Teachers Mutual Bank, the amount paid by Teachers Mutual Bank will be equal and no greater than the amount of your repayments. |
| Unclaimed prizes |
Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at 9am on the 22nd October 2012 at 28-38 Powell Street, Homebush NSW 2140 subject to any direction given under applicable law. The winner (joint borrower) will be notified by telephone on the 22 October 2012 and sent advice by mail. The winners name will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 22 October 2012. |

- if, for any reason, the competition is suspended, varied or terminated at any time, with or without prior warning or publicity
- for late, lost or misdirected entries
- for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed.
