*Chalkboard and Edvest newsletters can contain important information relating to a member's accounts and current services, therefore they will continue to be sent with your statements or electronically (via email) if you have opted into eCommunication.

Keep your email address up-to-date

Simply log in to internet banking, go to the 'eCommunication and Consent' menu, click on ‘Change preferences’ and update your details now to take full advantage of eCommunication. It’s that easy. 

Important security information: Teachers Mutual Bank will not contact you via email, to ask you to provide or confirm personal information (e.g. credit card number, account number, internet banking access code and/or PIN). For security purposes, we recommend that you do not use hyperlinks, active or otherwise, from emails to undertake financial transactions. We recommend that you only log into internet banking via our website address as disclosed on your account statements.
