2011 Future Teacher Scholarship recipients

For the third year we have offered scholarships of $5,000 to assist our Future Teachers with their studying related expenses.
At the closing date of 29th January, we had over 180 applications from across Australia and due to the high quality of applicants, we have decided to award an additional scholarship this year, bringing the total to 6.
The successful 6 recipients are:
- Felicity Cox, studying a Bachelor of Education (Primary) at the University of Canberra in ACT
- Julia Calvert, studying a Bachelor of Education at Murdoch University in WA
- Jake Little, studying a Bachelor of Education (Secondary:Mathematics) at the University of Sydney in NSW
- Benjamin Simpkins, studying a Masters of Teaching (Primary) at the University of Newcastle in NSW
- Kristie Keats, studying a Bachelor of Primary Education at the University of Woollongong in NSW
- Caitlin Fahey, studying a Bachelor of Teaching and Arts at the University of New England in NSW.

Applications for 2012 Future Teacher Scholarships will open in September this year.
