Important changes to cheque clearance times

As we continually investigate ways to improve on the strength and stability of our banking services for members, we are introducing a cheque clearance period on our cheque deposits.

Starting Monday, 25th July 2011, cheques deposited via all channels may be subject to a clearance timeframe.

The clearance times will vary, depending on the channels used:

• Teachers Credit Union office - three business days
• NAB - three business days
• Bank@Post - seven business days
