We came out on top in CHOICE™ bank satisfaction survey

Teachers Credit Union received the highest overall satisfaction rating for transaction accounts, we’ve also scored the highest satisfaction rating for customer service, product range, internet and phone banking facilities for transaction accounts, according to CHOICE^TM bank satisfaction survey 2010 results.

CHOICE^TM surveyed over 2,100 consumers to measure their satisfaction levels with their current financial institution. The smaller banks, building societies and credit unions ranked far better in overall satisfaction.

Teachers Credit Union scored 91% satisfaction with their transaction accounts and 90% in their savings accounts, ranking them the highest among the big 4 and other financial institutions in these categories.

Our score for ATM access also improved since NAB joined the rediATM network, giving our members free transactions at over 3,000 ATMs nationwide. On the 1st October 2010, Bank of Queensland (BOQ) joined the rediATM network, giving member’s access to 3,500 ATMs across the country.
