Privacy Awareness Week

This week is Privacy Awareness Week, and the theme for this year is "Privacy: It’s in Your Hands". Part of the week’s initiatives include the:

• launch of an online ID Theft tool, aimed at educating individuals on ways in which their identity may be at risk and how they can protect themselves
• release of a product to assist consumers with protecting their privacy when using a mobile phone.
