Important ALERT: Hoax telephone calls


We have discovered that hoax telephone calls are being made by fraudsters claiming to be Teachers Credit Union staff and offering fee refunds.

The caller will attempt to trap you into providing your personal account details, card number and PIN. Do not disclose your personal or account details over the phone unless you initiate the call.

Teachers Credit Union will never ask you to disclose your personal account details, card number or PIN. If you suspect the telephone call is a hoax, hang up and notify us immediately.

If you suspect you have received a hoax telephone call, contact us immediately on 13 12 21 8am to 7pm, weekdays or 9am to 3pm, Saturday.
