2010 Annual General Meeting results

Our forty fourth Annual General Meeting was held last Saturday, 9th October 2010 and was very well attended. It is pleasing to see so many members taking an active interest in their credit union.
The one (1) resolution proposed was passed unopposed.
Ballot results from Board and Members Committee election
The successful candidates for the two positions in the election of Directors were John Kouimanos and Graeme Lockwood.
The successful candidates for the four positions in the election of Members Committee were Kay Smith, Helen MacGregor, Phil Blight and David Croucher.
