We continually work toward enhancing member value and offering competitive, accessible and secure products and services. We have recently:

 

Enhancing accessibility

We continue to expand our office network to enhance accessibility for members. We also maintained our mobile offices and business centres in metropolitan and regional areas, along with our school, TAFE and university visits to assist members. 
 

Assisting members in financial difficulty 

Our Credit Assistance service is available for members who are suffering financial hardship through unemployment or other reasonable causes. We take the time to assess each member’s situation and find the best possible way to help them manage their financial obligations with us, through offering short or longer-term solutions. This could include relief from mortgage or personal loan repayments for a period of up to 12 months, waiver of fees and charges during the period payments are stopped and offering flexible payment arrangements.

 

Member engagement

Every second year we run a comprehensive member survey and provide regular feedback options for members including webpolls, newsletters and during member events.
