When is the Credit Assistance service available?

The Credit Assistance service is available for you to call weekdays, 9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT.

Can anyone use the Credit Assistance service?

Yes. All members of Teachers Mutual Bank are able to use the Credit Assistance service, in times when you find yourself over-committed on your Teachers Mutual Bank loans or accounts.

Does Teachers Mutual Bank provide financial counselling?

No. Only independent, government-approved financial counsellors can do this. The Credit Assistance team may suggest to some members that they contact a financial counsellor about their overall financial solution if appropriate.
